Everywhere I go, I hear people talking about their food allergies. The most common are gluten and dairy allergies. However, for some reason taking gluten out of your diet on purpose is way more common then removing dairy. I don’t know why… no one likes cream puffs, nachos, pizza….
So here’s the scoop on me. I am a college graduate that just accepted a 3rd grade teaching position!! I am so excited.
I am lactose intolerant-not allergic to dairy- but I am removing dairy completely from my diet. At first I thought that meant I couldn’t have a lot of different foods, but over the last few weeks I have been making delicious food that doesn’t make me sick! Yay!!
The purpose of this blog is to help other dairy free individuals find delicious food that is easy to make. (I have 4 nephews under 8 that will be taste testing the food- so you know it’s good!!)
